Flux‐adjusting characteristic analysis and optimization design of variable‐leakage‐flux interior permanent magnet motor

چکیده

In this paper, a novel variable-leakage-flux interior permanent magnet (VLF-IPM) motor is proposed, which kind of mechanical flux-adjusting PM motor. The VLF-IPM can obtain the advantages IPM and overcome difficulty to adjust airgap flux by locating self-activating device that introduced in paper on rotor. effect barriers leakage circuit analysed establishing rotor parametric model clarify influence performance. Then, electromagnetic performance motors with different volume ratios cylindrical magnets (CPMs) rectangular (RPMs) are compared using finite element analysis (FEA) method, experiment results show characteristics 0 < κrc 1 has more comprehensively. Moreover, multi-objective optimization process adopted based sensitivity reflect influences geometric parameters objectives including average torque, torque ripple cogging torque. Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm II(NSGA-II) utilised determine optimal model. Finally, prototype manufactured tested, effectiveness verified simulation experiments.
